Tomorrow, July 14th, is our 4th year anniversary! I can hardly believe that it's been this long. I have learned so much from all of you over the 4 years. I've learned how to be a better business owner, coach, friend, wife and human. Thanks so much for all the lessons you all teach me daily.
We start our inaugural Anniversary Throwdown today. Thanks, Zach (member since May 2015 and now a True Spirit CrossFit Trainer) for suggesting this idea. We've been looking for a fun way to celebrate our anniversary and this is the perfect way!
Anniversary Throwdown WOD#1 celebrates our opening day and very first WOD: Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5. We are, of course, putting a twist on today's deadlift be making it a partner deadlift and adding more volume.
