Today we are playing with kettlebells! If you like working out with kettlebells, want to improve your technique, and or learn new kettlebell movement, consider taking Coach Heidi's Kettlebell class starting next Monday at 6:30 PM. You will learn how to do all of the basic movements, e.g. swing, squat, deadlift, snatch and clean and learn how to do more advanced variations of these movements.
You will also learn how to create kettlebell complexes and workouts that you can do at home or on vacation. Kettlebells are easy to acquire and totally effective for metabolic conditioning and strength training. Be sure to contact Coach Heidi and let her know you're taking her class.
