Every Tuesday we post a technique video. These videos are intended to help you develop skills, drills, and progressions toward a specific movement. Once a week we spend most of the class working on gymnastic progressions. Becky has been working her chest to bar pull-ups, ring dips, and muscle up transition skills for nearly three months.
