The med ball clean is a movement unique to CrossFit. It is a useful movement for teaching and drilling the pull-under of the clean. If you find yourself reverse curling the ball, you're not yet fully realizing the power of your jump, shrug and pull-under. Don't worry, your coach will give you plenty of time today to practice.

Coach's Notes: There is a one minute rest between each interval. We are having fun with high intensity intervals today. We are moving weighted objects quickly and are looking to move fast during each interval. The reps are low, so choose a weight that you can move for unbroken sets. We are working stamina, power, speed, coordination, accuracy and agility today. Good luck!
