Today and tomorrow we are retesting our Spring Whole Life Challenge workout. Be sure to complete this workout, remeasure yourself and take post-challenge photos. If you can't make it to class today, contact Coach Leslie and make alternate arrangements. Coach Noah is leading the Saturday 9am class and can accommodate a few WLC participants.

No rest in between movements. Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving onto the next.
Be sure to use the same exact scaling and modifications you used for the initial workout.
