Burpees, you either hate them...or hate them. Why do we hate this very effective exercise? Probably because we've never been taught how to do them efficiently. Sure, at it's most basic a burpee is just getting down to the floor, getting up from the floor and jumping. But, you can improve your burpee efficiency by learning how to load your hips and snap them from horizontal to vertical.
