Today's workout is all about strength and getting heavy. CrossFit Total II assess our strength in an Olympic lift - the clean, a power lift - the bench press, and the overhead squat, an accessory lift for the snatch (an Olympic lift.) We don't often have just lifting workouts, and when we do, it's the day to see how strong you really are. Go for it today!
