It's Mental Toughness Thursday and I have written many posts on developing mental toughness. Would you like to know the secret to mental toughness? It's all about how you handle stress. Seriously, that's it. Stress is not something that happens to you. Stress is how you choose to respond to life's situations. That's right, stress is a choice.
I am a big fan of Precision Nutrition and completed their Level 1 Sports Nutrition coaching program. Much of their program is based on behavior change, and managing your stress is a huge component of a successful nutrition program.
