Today is a #podiumweek make-up day. The priority workout is the CrossFit/Powerlifting Total, next priority is the Level 1 or Level 2 Work Capacity skills and tests, next priority is Fight Gone Bad. If you have done all 3 of these workouts you will do Helen or something else your Coach chooses for you you.
Remember, we are doing the Baseline tomorrow and you're encouraged to bring a friend to class. It's a free class all day for your friends. We are having our big celebration, Baseline & Beers at 5:30pm. We'll line up the ergs and go in heats. Afterwards we'll hang out and enjoy free beer. Hope to see you there!
