We are completing our Overhead Squat strength cycle today. We have been working on our OHS for 7 weeks. Have you noticed an improvement? Are you more comfortable in the rock bottom of your OHS?
We have been working the OHS to prepare us all for focused work on the Snatch. We will be starting to Snatch once a week. Get ready!
