Today we are working on muscle endurance through running and lunging. This workout will help prepare us for Memoral Day Murph, and get us ready for summer backpacking and hiking adventures.
You will run counterclockwise today, meaning you will exit left out the door for your run, then lunge from the fire hydrant back to the door.
Let your trailing knee lightly touch the ground in our lunges. Protect your knee and refrain from banging it to the ground.
Keep your chest up and core tight during the lunges. Keep your hands on your hips, not on your knees, as you stand-up from the lunge. Good luck!

Run 350 meters
Lunge 50 meters
