We've been working the overhead squat for a while now. We are starting our third week of our Wendler Strength cycle. Some of us are keeping our OHS weights low, and are continuing to work on mobility and technique. That's perfectly acceptable. We do these cycles to focus on technique and slow down these movements so we can fix them. Today's video covers some of the more common OHS faults and fixes. Your coach will help you understand what you need to fix today.
