Will winter ever end? Will we finally get a Spring in Montana. Probably not! Since it's still winter, even though technically it's Spring, here's a delicious soup full of yummy vegetables. Vegetables! Wait, I thought we're all Paleo. Of course, we eat Paleo. Recall our Paleo definition: Eat meat, vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Vegetables are super important and we need to eat more of them.
The second component of our CrossFit nutrition plan is: Keep intake to levels that support exercise but not body fat. Sounds simple doesn't it? It's astonishing how quickly we can screw it up.
