We are hosting the Festivus Games on April 22nd. We are the only gym in Montana hosting the games! We have 40 competitors from all over the state signed up for our competition. This is our chance to show our broader Montana CrossFit community how awesome we are! We need your help making this the best CrossFit competition ever! We need volunteer judges. This is a very interesting exercise. I'll definitely try this out when I start going back in the gym. I don't think that I'll be able to finish these quickly and as accurately though. However, I am certain that I will be able to do my best during my routines. Thank you for sharing this very helpful post and I'll be sure to check out more of your suggested exercises.
