You know how much we LOVE heavy lifting days! These training sessions fire up our metabolism like nothing else. Building muscle is BY FAR the best way to "boost" your metabolism. When you build muscle you also build bone. All that building requires fuel and that's another reason we love heavy lifting days - We Get to Eat More!
