Myth: I Can Lose All the Weight I Want to with One DEDICATED Diet.
Losing weight is a common goal for many of us. It's not uncommon to approach a diet by thinking that if I'm just SUPER STRICT for the next 3 months I can lose all the weight I want and I'll be fine.
Sorry Charlie. you're way better off breaking up your weight loss into 8-12 week cycles with some time off (we call it maintenance) in between weight loss cycles.
