Do you feel like all of your days are running together? Is Friday indistinguishable from Monday? Yeah, me too.
One of the ways I have been making the weekend special is by cooking something special. Last Sunday, James and I made a prime rib for Easter Sunday dinner.
The weekend is a great time to make something delicious. I especially love cooking things on the weekends that provide leftovers and something that I can reuse in another dish. You can use your chicken bones and scraps from today's recipe to make broth. Freeze the broth or use it to make chicken noodle soup.
