Today's workout is a BTWB Heavy Fitness Level workout. The reps are low, so this is a great opportunity to get heavy. We recently tested our max effort clean on Feb 22 and Jan 28. Use this effort as a guide for your weight today. If the Rx weight is too heavy for you today, scale to 65-70% of your max effort clean. You can power clean the weight and front squat it if you're not, yet, able to receive the clean in a squat. Good luck!
