Congratulations to our top 3 Whole Life Challenge finishers! Glee is the first place winner of our New Year Whole Life Challenge. This is the second Whole Life Challenge Glee has won. Nice job! Tami came in second place and had terrific improvement in her body composition and workout performance. Kerri tied Tami for total daily points and also had improvement in her Dirty Thirty time. Mercedes gets special recognition for having the best body composition improvement and workout performance. Nice work ladies!

The Whole Life Challenge is a 6 week challenge that is more than just a nutrition challenge. The WLC seeks to improve our lifestyle in 7 healthy habits. These habits have profound affect on our health and well-being. Everyday you log your score which helps hold you accountable and encourages you to make healthy choices.
I just completed my 14th Whole Life Challenge. Each challenge I learn something new about myself, and each challenge I focus on a different healthy habit I want to develop. Through my 14 challenges I have learned what is important to me, I have learned what is not, and I look forward to developing new healthy habits in my 15th WLC. Our next WLC starts April 14, I hope you'll join us.
