Your coach will be watching you closely today (and everyday) to make sure you don't make these common mistakes. If you find yourself making these common errors, listen to your coach, reduce your weight, and perfect your form. These strength cycles are the perfect time to dial in your technique. Get it spot on now, and you'll be unbreakable by the time you go for your new 1 rep max.
Wendler Deadlift Week 1.1
5 reps at 50% 1RM
3 reps at 65% 1RM
5 reps at 75% 1RM
5 reps at 80% 1RM
Max reps at 85% 1RM
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
2 Rope Climbs
20 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
