You've been working from home in your bathrobe all week. It's time to wash it:-)
Your one thing to do today (aside from washing your stinky bathrobe) is to measure and mark a 200 and 400 meter running/walking course. This can be at your home, or it can be at a local park. It can also be at the high school track, or athletic fields.
You will need a known 200m distance, along with your jump rope, for tomorrow's workout.
