Today's workout has 150 box jumps. That's a very high volume of box jumps! If 150 box jumps is not right for you today, you will substitute some or all of your box jumps with tuck jumps. Noah demonstrates tuck jumps in the photo on the left and Brian K. demonstrates box jumps in the photo on the right. As you can see, tuck jumps require the same jumping and landing mechanics as box jumps. Properly performed tuck jumps also achieve the same height as box jumps. Tuck jumps are a fantastic substitution for today's workout and allow you to control your own risk management.
