Today we are retesting our New Year Whole Life Challenge Workout. For the past (almost) 8 weeks we have been striving to exercise daily. We'll now see if our efforts have paid off!
Fight Gone Bad is a sprint. It was developed as a training workout for UFC fighters. Designed to replicate the demands of a fight, three 5 minute rounds, when BJ Penn, a UFC fighter, was asked if it was like a fight, he replied, "It's like a fight gone bad." Good luck!

3 rounds, 1 min per station, of:
Wall Ball 20/14#
Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75/55#
Box Jump 24/20
Push Press 75/55#
Row for calories
Rest 1 min.
Rotate immediately to the next station every 1 min, the clock does not stop or reset between stations.
