I love Fridays! It's the last day of the week and it's my signal that much needed down time is headed my way.
One of the healthy lifestyle practices I have developed is the weekly meal plan and Sunday evening cook up. Having a plan for the week is essential to sticking to my nutrition program.
Weekly meal planning is one of our every-Sunday tasks for our March into a Healthy Spring 31-day Challenge. Every Sunday you will write down a menu for every meal of the week. It doesn't have to be super complicated, in fact, it can look very much like this:
You've heard of the saying, "Failing to plan is planning to fail?" Well, we are not going to be failures in March! We are going to plan our meals and be super stars!
