We are starting an overhead squat series. The overhead squat (OHS) is a challenge for many of us. It requires lots of hip and shoulder flexibility. Don't fret if your OHS is not yet well developed. We are gong to be working on this for a while. Today, you might be working with just a PVC and doing lots of mobility. Get ready to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Namaste.
We continue to train for our double baseline. This is our Whole Life Challenge workout, and we will retest it when the challenge ends on March 14.
