Today's Femme Fatale is Annie. Annie was first introduced to the CrossFit community on September 7, 2005. It is widely believed that this workout is named for Annie Sakamoto, one of Greg Gassman's first CrossFit athletes, an original "Nasty Girl" and fire breather.
