Today's Femme Fatale is Annie. Annie was first introduced to the CrossFit community on September 7, 2005. It is widely believed that this workout is named for Annie Sakamoto, one of Greg Gassman's first CrossFit athletes, an original "Nasty Girl" and fire breather. Today's Workout Annie 50-40-30-20-10 reps for time Double Unders Sit-ups Check out this Annie demo video with Chris Spealler. Our sit-up standard is the butterfly leg sit-up with an ab-mat.
