Today's Femme Fatale was first introduced to the CrossFit community on September 7, 2005. It is widely believed that this workout is named for one of Greg Gassman's first CrossFit athletes, an original "Nasty Girl" and fire breather.
Check out this video with Chris Spealler. Our sit-up standard is the butterfly leg sit-up with an ab-mat. However, if you have done Annie as prescribed more than twice and you can do it under 8 mins you can try feet-anchored today.
