The CrossFit Games Open is a worldwide 5 week CrossFit competition that starts in two weeks. We are participating via our in-house Intramural Open. We have two teams Captained by Dover and Red Feather. If you're not on a team, get on one TODAY! The only requirement is a commitment to working out on Friday, being supportive of your teammates, and trying something you've never tried before. Sounds like a win-win to us!
