We have a few spaces available in our Couch to CrossFit program. Do you have a friend or family member that is interested in trying CrossFit? This is the perfect program for them. Couch to CrossFit is a 4 week program that introduces folks to CrossFit through a series of progressions.
20 Min Partner Bear Complex
Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press 135/95
One partner rests, one partner does the Bear Complex, switch each round. Go back and forth recording 1 rep for each completed complex until the 20 minutes is up. Share the same bar.
