Today's Technique Tuesday video is with Coach Leslie as she demonstrates today's kettlebell complex. Kettlebells are a versatile strength and conditioning piece of equipment. Everything you can do with a barbell, you can do with a kettlebell. Today we are doing a spicy alternating arm kettlebell complex that will test your shoulder stability, coordination, and will elegantly illuminate any bi-lateral imbalance you have with your shoulders. If you know that one side is weaker than the other, use a lighter KB for the weaker side. Work on your technique and remain tight through your core.
If you did the Burgener squat cycle yesterday, today you will be doing core strengthening with the kettlebells. You will learn how to do kettlebell windmill presses or kettlebell breather ladder. Good luck!
