Today's technique Tuesday video is all about posture while rowing. Coach James discusses one of the more common faults we see, rounded back at the catch. When you have poor posture at the catch, it's very difficult to create torque and drive hard. To correct this, think about keeping your chest and head up.
If you'd like to improve your rowing technique, come to our rowing seminar this Sunday. The beginning seminar is from noon-2pm and we'll cover basic rowing technique and pacing. The advanced seminar is from 3-5pm and we'll tighten up your technique and cover how to personalize the erg settings. Cost is $25 per session or $40 for both.
