Our final #podiumweek workout is the Baseline!
The Baseline is fast, fast, fast. We are working speed and stamina today. While it's fast, don't try to PR your row, you still need juice in your legs for the 40 air squats. Keep moving through all of the other movements as quickly as you can. Stay ahead of your fatigue, and keep positive thoughts in your mind. KEEP GOING! Compare to May 19, 2017 or Dec 9, 2016. We hope all of you have enjoyed #podiumweek. This is our fourth time doing it and we love seeing all of you set new PRs, go harder and faster, lift heavier, jump higher, and do things you never thought you could. It's a pleasure to watch you all build an unbreakable body and an indomitable spirit. We hope you all join us tonight at 5:30PM for the True Spirit 12 Days of Christmas workout followed by a Paleo Potluck and White Elephant gift exchange at 6:30PM.
