This Week's Off-Season Whole Life Challenge Weekly Lifestyle Practice is to go booze-free. Yep! We are challenging ourselves to not drink for 7 whole days! This is a real challenge for some of us, and it's an incredibly important practice.
Here's how the WLC folks suggest going Booze Free until next Wednesday:

Today's workout is a test of your endurance, stamina, speed, agility, coordination, power..shoot - it tests all 10 general phsyical skills. It's also a great test of mental toughness.
Dirty Thirty, like is its evil cousin, Filthy Fifity, is a classic CrossFit chipper. The reps are realtively low, the weights light, and the pace is high. Chippers provide us with great opportunities to move quickly and keep the intesnity high. Think about how you would approach 30 box jumps versus 130. Yep - you go faster.
The last time we did Dirty Thirty was last year on Dec 3. How much faster are you today? Can you do it with scaling fewer movements? That's a #podiumweek opportunity! Perhaps today you can even do it Rx'd! Good luck!
