This is our FINAL 2017 Row'd Royalty Workout! It is a very long row, and will take most of us 40 mins or longer to complete. You can row the 10K in any of today's classes, at 4:30pm or 5:30pm, or Saturday at 8am or 9am, or Sunday at 10am.
