Before the workout, your coach will ask you which podium you’ll aim for. For example in today's workout it could be one or all of the three lifts and/or it could be your overall total. So, give some thought as to what you want to achieve today. After the workout list your PRs and #podiumweek on a small whoteboard and your coach will take a creative picture of you holding it up and smiling. All of the #podiumweek photos will be uploaded into an album on our Facebook page. Let's have some fun and show everyone how awesome you are!
