Did you get an Instant Pot for Christmas? If you didn't you can get one on an after Christmas sale! Instant Pot's are amazing time saving devices that remind me of R2-D2:-) I use mine every week. I make at least two soups, a big mess of meat, and cook sweet potatoes over the weekend so I have plenty of food for the week.
A weekend cook-up is essential to keep my nutrition goals on track. I do a big one on Sunday and a smaller one on Wednesday. I keep easy salad makings on hand all week so I can put together a healthy meal of soup and salad after I get home from the gym. Easy peasy!
