Today's Technique Tuesday video is our very own Coach Noah teaching the overhead squat (OHS.) The OHS is terrific for illuminating lack of shoulder mobility and core stability. You need both of these things to be a fully functional physical being. Many times in our life we have to hold awkward loads (boats, boxes, elk) over our head as we place them onto shelves, in the back of the truck, etc. Having good shoulder mobility and core stability will help you be stronger, harder to kill, and generally more useful. Work on your shoulder mobility everyday.
