Buck Furpees! Many of us feel this way about one of the most humbling movements in CrossFit. Burpees are exceptional for building cardiovascular endurance and developing agility & coordination.
We've heard many of you wish you were better at burpees. Today's workout provides a ripe opportunity to try some of the techniques in Coach Carol Paoli's video.
