When performed correctly, the deadlift is the single most effective lift at building strength. It is a full body lift, strengthening your trunk, core and legs. Today's deadlift is light, keep the bar close and make sure you have a good set-up for each and every rep.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 mins of:
10 Deadlifts 145/105 lbs
20 Lateral Bar Jumps
