Jessie, along with Kendra and Dover all got pull-ups of some form, kipping, chin-ups and rings, this week. Congratulations ladies! Who's next? It's Foodie Friday! This week's recipe is my most favorite hot chocolate recipe. While it is dairy free, it is not Paleo (eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar) because of the 1 cup of added sugar. There's about 25 grams of sugar in an 8 ounce serving, which is the maximum amount of added sugar the American Heart Association recommends you consume in one day. So make sure you don't eat any other foods with added sugar when you drink this! The hot chocolate is so rich however, that most of us enjoy it in smaller amounts.
