Today's MWod video is all about shoulders. Our workout today is incredible taxing on the shoulders. You need strength in external rotation with the cleans and strength in internal rotation with muscle-ups or dips. We'll spend some time in class today getting your shoulders ready for these cleans and muscle-ups.
