How many of you have the goal of a pull-up for 2018? We want to help you! We are adding one more day of focused gymnastics drills to help you get over the bar. These new drills, along with our continuing progressions, are a great way to develop the strength, flexibility and coordination needed for consistent pull-ups. If you are able to attend our free 30 min open gym sessions, Goals and Goats, on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 - 6:00 PM you can do these progressions then. You will notice that it takes regular practice to develop your skill.
The pull-up demands a particular strength to weight ratio. So if you are REALLY serious about getting pull-ups, you also need to tackle your body composition. Our next Whole Life Challenge starts Jan 20. Maybe this time you'll get commit to making a change.
