Coach Jennisse, Specialist Schule, joined the Unites States Army in 1989 following graduation from Flathead High School in Kalispell, Montana and served for nearly 4 years. Specialist Schule spent a year in Monterey, California learning to read, write and speak Mandarin Chinese fluently and thus started her time in Military Intelligence as a Mandarin Chinese Linguist. She also helped soldiers who could not pass the physical fitness test develop their fitness so they could pass. The threat of Communist China did not materialize so Jennisse became a driver of a 2.5 ton truck called a Deuce and a half. She still speaks Mandarin and loves to drive big rigs. Now she lives in a tiny house with her two dogs and two cats and helps develop the fitness of True Spirit CrossFitters.

One partner starts jumping while the other rows, switch when 35 calories rowed. If jumping partner finishes before rowing partner, enjoy the rest and cheer your partner on.

You can choose your own weight and divide the reps as needed. One partner works while the other counts reps.
