Jay will reach his 25th class milestone before the end of January. He joined our gym in early December. That's some impressive consistency!
We are at the end of our third week of New Year Check-ins. It's been so great to meet with nearly half the gym so far to learn about your accomplishments over the past 6 months, what your dreams and goals are for the next 3 months, and to calculate your personalized macros so you can continue to kick ass and take names with your nutrition.
