We are in the final week of our Fall Nutrition Challenges. The Whole Life Challenge ends this Friday and the Macrostax Challenge ends on Monday. We are retesting our challenge workout, The Ghost, in class on Friday.
In the lead in our Whole Life Challenge is Meg, followed Joaquin (close friend of Coaches Leslie & James), and Duane in third. It takes a lot of hard work to stay consistent over the 6 week challenge. Everyone who finishes these nutrition challenges should be proud of the lifestyle and nutrition changes they have made. This stuff is not easy!
AS I have been doing for the past 5 week, I'm sharing with you the special weekly lifestyle practices of each challenge. This week's Macrostax lifestyle challenge is to actually hit your macros for every day. Here's some information on the benefits of 100% compliance.
This week's WLC weekly lifestyle practice is to write a short message to someone important in your life. The instructions are simple:
"The people in our lives do a lot to keep our lives running smoothly. If we really take a step back, it becomes easy to see just how much we don’t (and can’t) do life alone. Not and have it work out the way we want it to, at least.
