The Fall Whole Life Challengers did a one mile hill run for their challenge workout.
Today at noon the New Year Whole Life Challengers are meeting to take their pre-challenge measurements and perform their challenge workout. We have 54 people participating in this challenge. We have partnered with Bozeman Wellness Center for this challenge and we are so excited to have Drs. Phil Cameron and Christine Foskett on our team. They bring valuable support for health and wellness issues during the challenge. Today, everyone is going to do the Whole Life Challenge workout: For time 1000m row 80 squats 60 sit-ups 40 push-ups 20 pull-ups Does this look familiar? It should, its a double baseline.
