The lateral jumps in today's workout are high and intended to train your legs for explosive lateral movement. Many of us use explosive lateral movement for winter sports like skiing. Think about all the turns you will make this winter as you get your legs ready for fresh powder!
PTP Deadlift Day 6
Set 1 = 5 @ 40%
Set 2 = 5 @ 50%
Set 3 = 5 @ 60%
Set 4 = 5 @ 60% + 25lbs
Set 5 = 5 @ 90% of set
