Our Whole Life Challenge team has grown to 52 people! We couldn't be more thrilled with all of you who are taking important and significant steps to become the best expression of you. We are meeting this Saturday at noon to take our pre-challenge measurements and do our pre-challenge workout. If you can't make it this Saturday, let us know and we'll arrange an alternate day for you to workout.

5 reps @ 75% of 1RM
Max reps @ 85% of 1RM
As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 min of:
15 Air Squats
rest two minutes then
Cash out: 100 sit-ups for time
