Today's technique Tueday video is again from the dudes at Barbell Shrugged. This video shows some of our favorite progression toward a handstand push up. Of course, the first step toward a handstand push is a standard push up. When you watch this video, pay attention to the overextended spine in the kipping HSPU. We don't want to see your spine overextended in class today. We would rather you scale, or perform the movement SLOWER so that you keep better spine position. Mechanics always trumps the race to finish first. Good luck!
