Coach Becky leads today's technique Tuesday tip. Coach Becky is teaching a Technique Tune-up class on Sundays from 3-4:30pm. Her next Technique Tune-up class, on Jan 17, will focus on the thruster. These classes are a great opportunity to get focused coaching and improve your efficiency. They will certainly get you closer to doing workouts as prescribed and are terrific preperation for the CrossFit Games Open. Double unders are a skill that takes patience, focus and lots of practice to develop. Coach Becky has some great tips to help you become more efficient. Keep your midline tight, bound rather than jump, and keep your arms close. Keep practicing and you'll eventually get them.
